This Slack is a workspace, not a company.

Typical outputs:

• a tighter problem statement  
• a one-pager or storyboard  
• a weekend prototype or dataset check  
• a list of “this only works if X”  
• a decision: Another 2 weeks, sit on the front page, or nominate for the monthly Experiment pot

They do not incorporate, raise money, or assign equity at this stage (Experiment is meant for that). That’s how we keep the honesty: follow-through exists, but the unit of work is two weeks. 

• Socialing Company does not own the idea.  
• Votes do not become equity.  
• Slack efforts are not a job, a contract, or a promise the thing gets built.  
• Nobody gets locked into Slack forever.
